Düsseldorf Old Town
|
The Old Town, hardly half a square kilometre in size, is the old city centre, the heart of Düsseldorf and a magnet for visitors. Large numbers of cafés, bars, breweries, restaurants and discotheques line the small, medieval alleyways. That is why it is known as the "longest bar in the world". Moreover, the Old Town also has many sights on offer, such as museums, galleries and trendy boutiques, as well as the beautiful promenade on the banks of the Rhine. |
